Hey @GetSpectrum please fix your app. I selected “pay minimum” and you charged my account “entire balance” way to go - I don’t mind not eating for two weeks. I called but your CSR needs my bill to help and I don’t have it. Please cancel my account so I can switch to @ATT

Hi @GetSpectrum I’m back. I now have WiFi. Problem. It takes 15 tries to access is everytime I use it. I pause my tv to go run quick to the kitchen, and it refuses to reconnect to unpause. So. Basically people. If you want internet. Choose spectrum. Youll

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @Ask_Spectrum read this thread and fix this. I’ve had multiple friends who have issues with your service every single month as well.

@Ask_Spectrum your streaming service can’t play shows on demand. Every time we try to watch something and goes to the ads it gets stuck and just plays the ads over and over. This has been going on for weeks. Be better.

Well @Ask_Spectrum, you’ve cost me a day of work. Internet’s been down since 11:30. Learned my lesson, will now spend $25 a month for @Verizon5g backup. Any ETA on service restoration? West Hollywood, 90046.
