Broncos end the streak!
For the first time since Sept. 17, 2015, the Broncos have beaten the Chiefs! And they did so in dominating fashion, forcing five turnovers and keeping Kansas City out of the end zone for the first time since 2021. Sean Payton's team is finally starting to play like a lot of people expected coming into the year.

Bengals seal the deal
A Joe Mixon touchdown and a Trey Hendrickson strip sack put the finishing touches on the Bengals' third straight win and the 49ers' third consecutive defeat.

Seahawks win in final minute!
Attempting to all-but seal the win in the final minutes, the Browns attempted a pass on third-and-3. But P.J. Walker's pass got tipped at the line of scrimmage, and Julian Lovecame down with the interception to give the Seahawks one last chance. They would not waste it. Tyler Lockett got the drive started with a seven-yard catch, followed by a nine-yard reception from DK Metcalf. The big play of the drive was a 27-yard pickup from Noah Fant, but the most important one was a bubble screen to Jaxon Smith-Njigba. It looked like the Browns had it covered, but the first-round rookie beat his defender to the corner and then tip-toed along the left sideline with just 37 seconds to play. The nine-yard score lifted Seattle to a 24-20 victory in dramatic fashion.

CMC can't stop scoring
He's already tied the NFL record for most consecutive games with a TD, but he added another for good measure in the fourth quarter, bringing the 49ers within a touchdown.

Muffed punt leads to Broncos TD
Last week, Mecole Hardman's long punt return essentially sealed the Chiefs' win over the Chargers. This week, his muffed punt could be the final straw in an upset defeat. The Broncos took over at the Kansas City 10-yard line after the turnover, and two plays later extended their lead to 12 on Courtland Sutton's touchdown catch. Chiefs in massive trouble.

Chase(ing) a third straight win
It's looking good for the Bengals, who turned Brock Purdy's second interception of the afternoon into a touchdown from Ja'Marr Chase. It marked his ninth catch of the afternoon (for 80 yards), and Cincinnati is up two scores.
Another Purdy INT
Brock Purdy's first interception was just a great play by Germaine Pratt. His second was absolutely his fault, as he threw the ball right to linebacker Logan Wilson. He's now thrown five interceptions in the past three games, and the 49ers are in danger of losing their third straight game.

Another interception, another Ravens TD
We saw this happen right before halftime, and it just happened again late in the third quarter. This time, Geno Stone recorded the interception and Gus Edwards scored the touchdown -- his second of the day.

Another tipped INT
Defensive linemen and linebackers are making some awesome plays today. It looked like the 49ers were going to tie the game, but then Germaine Pratt tipped Brock Purdy's pass with one hand from point-blank range and brought in the interception to keep the Bengals ahead.

BLOCKED FG
The Chiefs defense has stepped up big time with its offense struggling with turnovers. The latest play came from safety Justin Reid, who got a perfect jump around the right end to block Will Lutz's 38-yard field goal attempt.

GIVE ME THAT
Nothing was stopping Courtland Sutton from hauling in this pass for a 23-yard pickup.

BIG-BOY INT
This is an insanely athletic play from the 290-pound Maurice Hurst. The Browns defensive tackle, who was DROPPING BACK INTO COVERAGE, tipped Geno Smith's pass into the air and then was able to track the ball to come down with the sliding interception. It's his first interception in four years and the second of his career.

Chiefs steal points before halftime
I just praised the Broncos for an impressive first half (see below), but of course they make a crucial mistake before intermission. George Karlaftis' strip sack of Russell Wilson gave the Chiefs the ball back with nine seconds left, and after one Mahomes completion, Harrison Butker cut the lead to five with a 56-yard field goal.

18 straight completions
Joe Burrow was DIALED in against the 49ers in the first half. Despite facing one of the NFL's toughest defenses, Burrow was 21 of 23 passing for 170 yards and two touchdowns -- which included completing a career-high 18 straight passes. Coming off the bye week, Burrow looks healthy. That's a bad sign for the rest of the NFL.

Broncos defense wreaking havoc
Make that three first-half turnovers for the Chiefs. With Patrick Mahomes trying to lead a scoring drive before halftime, Baron Browning stripped-sacked the Kansas City quarterback, and Jonathon Cooper recovered to end the threat. Can Denver break its losing streak to its division foe? It's looking good right now.

Awful INT leads to TD
The Cardinals have to be counting the days until Kyler Murray comes back, because Joshua Dobbs has made too many glaring mistakes in recent weeks. This is just an awful throw that leads to a Ravens interception and ends up resulting in the Ravens scoring the go-ahead touchdown before halftime.

Geno picked
With the Seahawks threatening to add to a three-point lead before halftime, Geno Smith tried to hit DK Metcalf along the sideline. Martin Emerson Jr. broke on the route perfectly to corral the interception and end the threat. Cleveland goes into halftime trailing 17-14.

Broncos jump on Chiefs early
The Chiefs are 6-1. The Broncos are 2-5. So far Sunday, it has not played out that way. Denver has relied on its defense (two turnovers), running game (11 carries for 46 yards) and timely on-target passes from Russell Wilson. He's only completed three passes, but two of them have gone for touchdowns to put Sean Payton's club in control early.
According to the CBS broadcast, the Broncos haven't led the Chiefs by double digits since 2015. Denver has lost 16 straight games to Kansas City.

Bengals offense off to hot start
The Bengals have come out of the bye week rolling on offense. With Ja'Marr Chase leading the charge (three catches for 31 yards), Cincinnati drove 85 yards in 10 plays to open the scoring with a touchdown pass from Joe Burrow to Tyler Boyd. On the second drive, they again found the end zone with Burrow finding sixth-round rookie Andrei Iosivas.

Ravens, Cardinals trade TDs
Could we be in for a shootout? We've already got 14 points between the Ravens and Cardinals through two possessions. Arizona began the scoring with Josh Dobbs' quarterback sneak, but Baltimore came right back with Lamar Jackson finding Mark Andrews for the score.

CMC ties TD record
17 straight games with a touchdown for Christian McCaffrey, which ties Lenny Moore for the longest streak in NFL history. He'll have a chance to break the all-time record in two weeks against the Jaguars.

Improbable comeback win!
Kayvon Thibodeaux's third sack of Zach Wilson was supposed to seal the Giants' win. There were less than 90 seconds left, and the Giants had the ball at the Jets' 26-yard line with a 10-7 lead. But then they went three-and-out. And then Graham Gano missed a 35-yard field goal.
That gave the Jets a glimmer of hope, and Zach Wilson delivered with a 29-yard pass to Garrett Wilson and then a 29-yard connection to Allen Lazard. Rushing up to the line, Wilson spiked the ball with one second left at the Giants' 17-yard line. And unlike Gano, Greg Zuerlein was able to drill his 35-yard field goal to send the game to overtime.
The Giants won the coin toss and received the ball, but just like almost every other possession Sunday, it ended with a punt. The Jets took over at their own 39-yard line, and thanks to a third-and-10 conversion and then an inexcusable 30-yard defensive pass interference from Adoree' Jackson, the green and white were set up in perfect position to win the game. That's just what Zuerlein did, sneaking his kick just inside the left upright to complete the improbable comeback and improve to 4-3 on the season.

No more winless teams!
No. 2 overall pick C.J. Stroud has been much better than No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young so far this season, but in the battle of the top picks in the 2023 NFL Draft, Young emerged victorious. Neither QB put up big numbers, but Young orchestrated the game-winning drive in the final minutes. His performance set up Eddy Pineiro's short field goal that lifted the Panthers to a victory and ensured there were no morewinless teams in the NFL.

Will Levis having amazing NFL debut
With three QBs taken in the first four picks of the NFL Draft -- Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud and Anthony Richardson -- Will Levis has been a complete afterthought among rookie signal-callers. That'll most certainly change following what's been an incredible debut for the 33rd-overall pick. He's only completed 19 of his 29 passes (65.5%), but he's racked up 238 yards and FOUR touchdowns. The first three went to DeAndre Hopkins, while the fourth was hauled in by Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. The Titans might have found something in the former Kentucky standout.

4 for Hurts
Playing behind the entire game, the Eagles finally have the lead. They can thank Reed Blankenship, who intercepted Sam Howell, as well as Jalen Hurts and Julio Jones -- who combined for the go-ahead score with about seven minutes to play.

Eagles, Commanders in thriller
The Commanders score and then the Eagles respond. That's how it's been all afternoon. Take the first two possessions of the fourth quarter: Washington drives 14 plays and 75 yards, taking the lead on Logan Thomas' short touchdown catch. Philadelphia then marches seven plays for 75 yards, tying the game on DeVonta Smith's 38-yard score. It's been a really fun one at FedExField.

Dak destroying Rams
Aside from a red-zone interception, Dak Prescott has been spectacular against the Rams. He's 25 of 31 passing for 304 yards and four touchdowns -- the latest of which went to Brandin Cooks, who found the end zone versus his former team.

George PickHIMs
Seemingly every week, George Pickens makes a WOW play. He did it again Sunday on this 22-yard catch-and-score.

D-HOP x3
DeAndre Hopkins entered Sunday with zero touchdowns in six games as a Tennessee Titan. That all changed Sunday, as the star wideout has three touchdowns and 128 yards on just four catches from second-round rookie Will Levis. That connection single-handedly has the Titans in front of the Falcons in the fourth quarter.

Travis Etienne takes it all the way
What a luxury it is to have a running back who can line up on the outside and make big plays in the receiving game. On this play, Etienne just ran by the cornerback and the safety, who tried to jump the route, before making the easy catch and waltzing into the end zone for the 56-yard touchdown.
